When customizing an engine, the quality is not just derived from the data that is in the engine, but also the data that is not in the engine. For example, mixing Anti-Virus domain data with Medical domain data will provide mixed output from two different contexts when talking about a virus. As a result, the output will be unpredictable – this is a common complaint from many MT systems.
