Job Statuses and their meaning.
There are 8 different job statuses that a translation job may have. Details on their meaning are below.
Queued
If you see this status, this means the job is waiting to be picked up by an available slot in the translation job queue for processing. This status is quite rare and is no cause for alarm unless the job status has been in Queued for a long period; if that is the case, please contact support@omniscien.com for further help.
Processing
This is the status for when a job is translating. There are 27 steps the job will take until complete and will show Processing during that translation time.
Completed
This means the job(s) have successfully translated.
Completed with Warning
This tells us the translation went through and all the processing steps were completed, however, there was a warning specified during translation which may have affected one or more translated segments. This status is quite rare and if seen please contact support@omniscien.com for further help.
Error
This means there was a problem with the translation. This could be related to the file, the engine, a configuration on the system or some other problem. This status is quite rare and if seen please contact support@omniscien.com for further help.
Cancelled
This is when the user cancels the job before it has finished translating.
